The bottom line for most business owners is, what’s in it for them. What can they do with your help and why is it of benefit to them? There’s really only two major goals in business: to increase income and to reduce expenses. If you can show them how to save on printing costs using online coupons or increase income from identifying new customers, they will want to hear more.
